1Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2Services & Treatments
OMNI Clinic provides aesthetic and skincare treatments. By booking a treatment, you acknowledge:
- Results may vary between individuals and are not guaranteed
- Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results
- You must disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, and skin conditions prior to treatment
- Treatment recommendations are based on individual assessment and are subject to change
3Bookings & Appointments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- A booking confirmation does not constitute a guarantee of service
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
- Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling

4Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
- Package deals and promotional offers cannot be combined unless specified
5Health & Safety
Your health and safety is our priority. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete health information on consultation forms
- Inform us of any changes to your health status, medications, or allergies
- Follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions provided
- Notify us immediately if you experience any adverse reactions
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may pose a health risk to you.
6Consent & Photography
- Written consent is required before any treatment is performed
- Before and after photographs may be taken for treatment records
- Separate consent is required for use of photographs in marketing materials
- You may withdraw consent for marketing use at any time
7Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- OMNI Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific treatment in question
- We are not liable for results that do not meet your expectations if appropriate care was provided
This does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
8Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of OMNI Clinic and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
10Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
