We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, when you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time exclusively for you. Our cancellation policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures all clients receive the care they deserve.

1Cancellation Notice Period
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.
Full refund or free rescheduling available
50% of treatment cost will be charged

2How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us through one of the following methods:

Please include your full name, appointment date/time, and reason for cancellation.
3Deposits
For certain treatments, a deposit may be required to secure your booking:
- Deposits are typically 20-50% of the treatment cost
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment (with 48+ hours notice)
- Deposits are forfeited for no-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice
- Deposits must be used within 6 months of the original booking date
4Package Treatments
For clients with pre-purchased treatment packages:
- Standard cancellation policy applies to each individual session
- No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of that session
- Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable
- All sessions must be completed within the validity period (typically 12 months)
5Late Arrivals
We understand delays can happen, but please be aware:
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment
- If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate other appointments
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show
- Full payment is required regardless of shortened treatment time due to late arrival
6Clinic Cancellations
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:
- We will notify you as soon as possible
- You will be offered the next available appointment or a full refund
- Any deposits will be fully refunded or transferred to the new booking
7Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel due to exceptional circumstances such as:
- Medical emergencies
- Bereavement
- Natural disasters or extreme weather events
Please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be requested.
